Our Target Audience

For employers and national trade unions, the day-to-day management of a worker with an addiction reflects challenges that are often fraught with obstacles and questions.

Since the legalization of cannabis, issues in managing a safe and secure return to the workplace are of concern to many.

These lectures are addressed to Occupational Health and Safety managers, human resources and unions in order to promote awareness on the chronic nature and the complexity of addiction, to provide them with tools to better support and accommodate a safe and secure return to the workplace.

Our goal

Throughout these lectures, our aim is to:

  • Increase awareness of addiction and other medical conditions in the workplace
  • Establish approaches to improve a safe and sustainable return to the workplace
  • Provide the decision-makers with tools to better accommodate those in need
  • Maintain the employability and the productivity of workers

Speaker:
